Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the site’s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and training to ensure safe work practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts at the workplace.
  • Liaise with the Safety Officer, Site Manager, and subcontractors on safety-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation including reports, checklists, and records of incidents or near misses.
  • Ensure workers and visitors comply with site safety rules and use proper PPE.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement at the project site.

Location: Central and Southern


Requirements
  • Possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) certificate registered with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia).
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction or renewable energy projects (solar project experience is an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced project environment.
