Role Description
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer – Observability to build and scale our enterprise observability capability. This role focuses on instrumentation, monitoring, and telemetry platforms to provide end-to-end visibility across services.
- Design and maintain alerting strategies (reduce noise, improve signal)
- Improve Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) through better monitoring
- Standardize dashboard and alert templates

Skills Required
- Experience building and scaling observability, instrumentation, monitoring, and telemetry platforms
- Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces correlation
- Programming experience in Python or Java
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboard/alert templating
- Experience with SLOs and reliability engineering practices
- Experience in incident response and reliability improvement
