We are seeking a dependable, alert, and professional Site Patrol Driver Security Officer to provide vehicle patrol and security services at the AIVRES Fremont property. The officer will maintain a visible security presence, conduct scheduled vehicle patrols, monitor access points, verify after-hours deliveries and vehicles, and identify and report security, safety, or property concerns.
The ideal candidate must be responsible, observant, and comfortable working independently during an overnight shift. The officer must follow all site-specific post orders, accurately complete required QR patrol scans and documentation, and promptly communicate security-related observations to Dispatch and designated company communication groups.
ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled vehicle patrols every 50 minutes throughout the property.
Complete all 14 required QR checkpoint scans during each patrol cycle.
Maintain a visible security presence while inspecting perimeter areas, gates, doors, loading docks, parking areas, fence lines, and exterior areas.
Check for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, unsecured doors or gates, and other security concerns.
Take time-stamped photographs using the approved Time Stamp App when required.
Provide a brief, accurate description with patrol photographs and share them through the designated company communication group as directed.
Report any irregularities, suspicious activity, damage, safety hazards, or security concerns to Dispatch immediately.
Follow all access-control procedures and verify authorization for individuals or vehicles without valid gate codes.
Monitor vehicles and trucks entering AIVRES property and ensure they are accessing the correct designated areas.
Pay particular attention to vehicles that have access codes but may be attempting to proceed toward Zook, the office located toward the back of the property.
Verify details of after-hours trucks and deliveries and post the required information in the designated Viber and WhatsApp communication groups.
Ensure after-hours trucks park in the designated Bin area near the parking lot.
Understand that loading and unloading of after-hours deliveries will be handled by employees/workers arriving in the morning.
Follow site-specific gate procedures:
Monday–Friday: The front gate opens automatically at 04:30.
Saturday: Open the gate for arriving workers and authorized deliveries as required.
Sunday: The gate generally remains closed; however, officers must monitor and process authorized deliveries when they occur.
Observe and report theft, vandalism, trespassing, suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and other security concerns while following the Observe & Report standard.
Do not unnecessarily escalate situations. Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach.
Coordinate with the CCTV Officer when assigned and maintain continuous camera monitoring when covering the CCTV position.
Do not leave the CCTV position to conduct patrols or QR scans until properly relieved.
Maintain accurate Daily Activity Reports (DAR) documenting patrols, incidents, access approvals, vehicle activity, deliveries, and other relevant observations.
Never falsify patrol reports, QR scans, photographs, access records, or time records.
Maintain professional conduct, appearance, communication, and judgment throughout the entire shift.
Follow all company policies, site post orders, and management instructions.

Officers must physically conduct assigned patrols and visually inspect each checkpoint.
Officers must accurately document conditions observed during each patrol.
Any unsecured areas, suspicious activity, property damage, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or unusual vehicle activity must be reported promptly.
Officers are strictly prohibited from falsifying patrol activity, QR scans, photographs, or time records.
Previous security, patrol, or related experience preferred.
Valid security credentials/licenses as required by applicable law.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Comfortable operating a company patrol vehicle during overnight hours.
Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to remain alert and focused throughout an overnight shift.
Ability to follow detailed site-specific post orders and procedures.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Able to use a smartphone, QR scanning applications, time-stamp photo applications, and approved communication platforms.
Must understand and follow access-control and vehicle verification procedures.

Must consistently report to the assigned site on time and remain on duty for the full scheduled shift.
