Job Description
ACCIONA is proud to be delivering the Rockhampton Ring Road with our JV partner Fulton Hogan– a transformative infrastructure project that will improve connectivity, safety, and freight efficiency in Central Queensland. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our site office.
ACCIONA is looking to add a Site Office Manager to the team. You will be the backbone of our site administration, responsible for coordinating office activities, managing documentation, supporting project teams, and maintaining a professional and efficient working environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the site office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation for site personnel
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support onboarding of new staff and contractors
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in office management or site administration (construction or infrastructure preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Knowledge of WHS practices and site protocols is desirable
- We are open to permanent employment or casual (3-4 days/week)
