Responsibilities

  • Switch between multiple tool sets on a daily basis to execute site changes
  • Build pages from scratch using various components to match layouts provided by MX Designers
  • Launch new products - building out full customer flows, including product set up through merchandising experience
  • Build various site experiences to test customer flows
  • Escalate and own bugs raised to developers until solution reached
  • Know how to prioritize work based on effort vs. deadline
  • Understand and practice agile approaches to streamline delivery of work
  • Manage workload to deliver most valuable projects on time
  • Raise feature improvement recommendations for tooling
  • Identify gaps in processes to streamline work
  • Know tool functionality and limitations inside and out and be able to communicate them to various stakeholders (internal and external)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience with CMS platforms is required
