THE ROLE: Site Merchandising Coordinator
The Site Merchandising Coordinator will aid in managing the look and feel of two distinct sites each day, to optimize sales and keep our members engaged. This position will also support our warehouse prioritization, calendar ownership of our Kids, Residual and Today’s Fix businesses as well as supporting TV placement and additional site programming functions.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Email and site sorts are the windows to our business. This role will help to manage the look and feel of 2 distinct sites, ensuring that the unique voice of each site is reflected in both our emails and onsite. Careful attention will be paid each day to feature compelling boutiques that will drive visitation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that the most important shipments are being prioritized in the warehouse to support upcoming boutiques.
- Manage our Kids, Residual and Today’s Fix calendars on both Rue La La and Gilt, ensuring there is a perfect mix represented on our site and something for everyone each day.
- Develop strong working partnerships with counterparts from various teams, including Merchandising, Warehouse Operations, Email Marketing, and Programming’s Category Merchandising team. Collaborate with these cross functional teams to manage changes and achieve successful and profitable calendar execution.

- Passionate about Merchandising, e-commerce, and all things fashion!
- 0-2 years’ experience: internships and co-ops are welcome
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); comfortable with tools in an online environment
- An effective communicator and loves to collaborate with others
- Someone who loves a challenge and won’t back down
- Looking to be mentored by senior associates
Base Salary Range: $48,000 – 50,000
Rue Gilt Groupe is committed to providing Associates with equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including prior experience, skills and expertise, location, and internal equity. Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, equity, 401(k) match, and a variety of benefits. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
