Ventus Executive Solutions (VES) is seeking a Site Manager to join our exciting team at DARPA Experimentation Node (DEN), a new interactive constructive, virtual, live Modeling and Simulation capability to support war fighting concept exploration and experimentation.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in interfacing with multiple organizations to identify opportunities, communicate, support requirements, schedule events, and assist in execution. The person in this role will serve as the primary DARPA liaison for scheduling and executing activities in the DEN. The candidate must be able to understand the DEN capabilities and interacting in the data environment. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and analytical skills. The candidate will be regularly interfacing with TRMC operations and technical support teams, ACO Director, DARPA Project Managers and Office Directors, as well as the OSD R&E MC. The candidate should be a formerly warfare qualified officer or have an extensive understanding in military operations.

The anticipated work location is in Arlington, VA on site. Travel: less than 10%.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or computer science
7+years of relevant work experience
Formerly Warfare qualified officer or extensive understanding of military operations
Ability to collaborate and work with a technical team, action officers, and senior leaders
Strong organizational skills with ability to create and maintain integrated master schedule
US citizen
TS/SCI eligible

Desired Experience

Experience in modeling and simulation using tools such as Next Generation Threat Systems (NGTS), Advanced Framework for Simulation (AFSIM), Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment (ITASE), STORM, or other related simulation environments
Familiarity working in SAP/SCI security environments
