Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time project delivery while exceeding client satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations to maintain construction progress and quality.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to keep project schedules up to date.
- Manage relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe, and clean work environment.
- Oversee snagging lists to ensure timely project completion.
Your Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams of sub-contractors.
- Extensive experience with commercial interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong commitment to exceptional client satisfaction.
- Motivational team builder.
- Detail-oriented with quick problem-solving skills.
- Initiative-driven and self-accountable.
