KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Service level and users satisfaction comply to expectations (availability of applications, equipment and services)
• Performance and conformity of IT equipment are managed
• Effectiveness of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services offered, respect of intervention timeline)
• Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, cost of IT services, appropriate use of hotlines and support)
• Technical and operational documentation are conformed and updated (lists of equipment and software, source files, backups, training material)
• The maintenance plan of equipments is defined and applied
EXTERNAL PROFILE REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role (experience in working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be preferred).
Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, hardware and software applications.
Certification in relevant IT fields (Ex: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an added advantage
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices and the knowledge of network & server management.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication, customer focus and interpersonal relationship skills.
