You will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the operations of the site’s infrastructure and equipment and actively participate in the implementation and evolution of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Ensure service levels and user satisfaction, including application, equipment, and service availability.
- Manage IT equipment performance and conformity.
- Ensure effective interventions, including diagnostics, temporary services, and adherence to timelines.
- Optimize intervention efficiency, considering resource use, IT service costs, and hotline/support utilization.
- Maintain and update technical and operational documentation.
- Define and implement the equipment maintenance plan.
CANDIDATE PROFIL
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role (experience in working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools will be preferred).
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, hardware and software applications.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (Ex: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices and the knowledge of network & server management.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication, customer focus and interpersonal relationship skills.
