Site Engineer

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is looking to expand its internal staff and is seeking for a Site Engineer in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of on-site operations to ensure successful project completion within time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Planning and scheduling of project activities.
• Overseeing building works.
• Ordering and overseeing the delivery of required site materials.
• Coordination and management of subcontractors.
• Managing labor costs.
• Maintaining records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, and reports.
• Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and legislation.
  

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction.
• Project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ambitious and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Languages: English and Greek.
