We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. You will work closely with principal design engineers, project managers, site managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil construction projects.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Interpret and review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and other documentation.
- Resolve any technical issues or design conflicts in collaboration with the design and engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when required.
- Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Site Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site-based roles (e.g., Site Engineer, Site Supervisor) within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and on-site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in supervising site activities, including quality control and progress monitoring.
- Familiar with site reporting, documentation, and basic project coordination.
- Good problem-solving skills in handling on-site technical issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Aware of basic safety standards (HSE) in construction projects.
- Willing to be placed and work on-site across various project locations.
- Physically fit and adaptable to dynamic site conditions.
- Willing to be placed in our project location at Pomalaa, Sulawesi Tenggara
Skills Required
