Inventio Group is looking for a highly motivated Site Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to exciting construction and renovation projects in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates procedures related to Mechanical and Electrical sector.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the work of subcontractors involved in the construction, including plumbing, fire safety systems, and other trades, ensuring compliance with project plans.
- Review construction and MEP drawings and technical specifications at every design stage.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Participates in preparation and monitoring of contracts and oversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)
- Cooperate and communicate with the rest of the team for updates and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel involved in the project.
- Monitor progress and report to the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP/Electrical engineering in construction projects.
- Proven experience in developing and managing maintenance programs and overseeing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and project management tools.
- Excellent comprehension of technical specifications and standards pertaining to MEP systems.
- Professional knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to travel within Greece (desirable).
