迅速に臨床試験が行えるように、ファンクショナルリーダーとして、施設との契約をリードする高度な専門職です。

  • 治験契約に関する方針に従い、グローバルまたは日本での治験契約書ひな形の作成

  • 治験にかかわる予算の算出、レビュー、治験施設契約担当者との交渉や、必要に応じて治験依頼者との会議に同席 等

この部門では、日本のみならず海外チームメンバーや多様なバックグラウンドを持った部署・役職・勤務地の方々と協力して契約書を作成、あるいは、レビューして、仕事をすすめる楽しさがあります。

また、社内の開発部等と連携して契約書をレビューしますので治験全体をビジネスサイドから見ることができます。

  • 各施設毎の費用の交渉・契約書の確認

  • 契約書、費用関係書類の作成

  • 費用の交渉(ポイント表、積算書等)

  • 契約書の交渉

  • CRAの経験やSSUなどの知識・経験
    ※具体的には、施設との費用交渉、費用算出、費用の覚書作成の経験をお持ちのこと

  • Site Contractに対する熱意・専門性を高めたい方

  • 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、タイムマネジメント力

  • 中級以上の英語力(読み・書き・会話)

  • 東京オフィス(または大阪オフィス)にご出社可能な方
