Job Summary:
Reporting to the Site Build Team Lead, the Site Build Specialist is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to clients by leading new clients through the site build process. This position is also responsible for performing updates and/or troubleshooting on existing client sites.This is a hybrid position located in Rochester, NY.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Communicates the site build process to new clients and facilitates site build sessions.
- Configures and customizes the CaterTrax platform to meet the specific needs/functionality requirements of each client.
- Conduct Site Build Call with new clients to gather requirements and provide consultative support and recommendations.
- Complete Quality Control (QC) reviews for other site build specialists to ensure we meet our Partner standards and expected Quality prior to launching a new site.
- Performs updates/changes to existing client sites to provide improved or additional functionality.
- Serves as a point of contact for clients with site issues and responds to client telephone calls, emails, and/or support tickets in a timely manner. Performs troubleshooting as necessary and escalates issue if applicable. Follows up with clients regarding resolutions.
- Monitors progress of development on all sites. Provides status updates to the Implementation team.
- Offers recommendations for product and process development based on client feedback.
- Assists the Client Support Team with ticket requests as needed.
- Offers recommendations for product and process development based on client feedback.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- CaterTrax Platform knowledge and experience is desired
- Basic MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- At least 2 years working experience with HTML
- Working knowledge of CSS
- Knowledge of SQL (Desired but not required)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-3 years related experience
EDUCATION:
AAS Degree or higher
COMPENSATION:
$23 - $24 Hourly, based on experience
