As a Site Administration Support ,you will be performing office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
As a Site Administration Support, you will be responsible for:
- Managing site administration and reception tasks, including indirect sourcing, arrangement of events, and executive assistance work.
- Owning internal and external communications
- Supporting administrative work including document preparations, simple analysis, and material preparations
- Supporting ValvCentral data clean up associated with factory and region
- Supporting factory operations including HSE, facility management, warehouse, packing activities
- Supporting with various other administrative issues as required
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant experience as site administrator and reception
- Be able to speak and read fluently in English
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
