SIM REGISTRATION & SIM SWAP

Job Summary A SIM Registration & SIM Swap Officer is responsible for registering new SIM cards, processing SIM replacement and swap requests, verifying customer identities, and ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and company policies. The officer provides excellent customer service while maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of customer information. Key Responsibilities Register new SIM cards and activate customer accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements. Process SIM swap and SIM replacement requests after proper identity verification. Capture and update customer information accurately in the registration system. Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and policies. Educate customers on SIM registration procedures, services, and requirements. Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely support regarding SIM-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data and records. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all registration and swap transactions. Operate and maintain SIM registration devices and software. Identify and report technical or system-related issues affecting service delivery. Generate and submit daily transaction and activity reports as required. Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and company standards. Promote excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Assist customers with account updates, SIM replacement, and reactivation processes when necessary. Maintain an organized work environment and ensure efficient service delivery.
