    • Help evaluate partner capabilities across process technology, packaging, design services, verification, physical design, manufacturing readiness, and long-term support.

  • Advanced Packaging and Supply Chain Partnerships

    • Develop strategic relationships across advanced packaging, CoWoS/2.5D/3D integration, HBM, substrate, interposer, OSAT, and backend manufacturing ecosystems.

    • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain.

    • Help secure partner support for capacity planning, cost transparency, technical enablement, and production readiness.

    • Support cross-functional planning around manufacturability, yield improvement, cost optimization, and delivery timelines.

  • Go-to-Market and Ecosystem Positioning

    • Partner with business development, sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen the company’s ecosystem narrative and market positioning.

    • Support joint marketing activities, executive briefings, customer events, press releases, partner announcements, and industry events.

    • Help position the company as a credible AI infrastructure player through strong ecosystem validation and partner engagement.

    • Develop messaging and materials that highlight the company’s technology differentiation, production readiness, roadmap strength, and supply-chain resilience.

  • Executive Relationship Management

    • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at key ecosystem partners.

    • Act as a single point of coordination for high-priority strategic partnerships where needed.

    • Prepare executive briefing materials, partnership proposals, negotiation positions, and internal alignment documents.

    • Represent the company in partner meetings, industry forums, executive briefings, and strategic negotiations.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Work closely with engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, sales, and marketing teams to drive internal alignment on partner strategy and execution.

    • Translate technical and business requirements into actionable partnership plans.

    • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across the silicon roadmap and work proactively to resolve them through ecosystem engagement.
