Siebel CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join Accenture.

Required Qualifications (mandatory):

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Siebel CRM development (Ideally with IP17 or later).
• Strong understanding of Siebel Data Model and architecture.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum team working principles).
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills, as the role requires frequent alignment across teams.

Desired Qualifications (advantage):

• Oracle Siebel Certification (Developer or Consultant).
• Experience in Siebel CRM integration with external systems (using SOAP and/or REST APIs), EIM or Siebel EAI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI will be considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications according to business requirements using Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
• Customize and configure Siebel objects, including Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Components.
• Participate in business requirements definition and clarification.
• Provide accurate workload estimates.
• Conduct system unit-testing to deliver error-free solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel CRM applications.
