Simulation and verification-validation of high speed products in the PCB, targeting high speed communications and connectivity within datacenters and wireless infrastructure. You will be expected to independently work on projects in the areas of signal integrity for product and system design including modeling, simulation, circuit board layout. You will work collaboratively within a broader cross functional team of mechanical, manufacturing, & operations to execute leading edge products designs. You will be the subject matter expert for the signal integrity performance of a product/platform beginning with the initial analysis through prototype fabrication & evaluation. You will tackle challenging design problems and utilize simulation tools to guide complex designs toward success.
Preferred QualificationsSkills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Typically 2-5 years experience
- Solid understanding of high-speed digital design concepts, transmission line theory, and electromagnetic fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with SI/PI simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity, Ansys HFSS, Mentor HyperLynx)
- Experience with high-speed measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA)
- Experience in PCB design and layout
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in server, storage, or networking hardware design
