UN/COMMON is looking for a Shopify Plus Sales Solutions Leader who loves the challenge of uncovering needs, shaping smart solutions, and closing meaningful deals. If you enjoy talking with founders and brand leaders, digging into their goals, and turning those conversations into clear opportunities, you will feel right at home here. Own the sales cycle
Lead and manage the full pipeline for Shopify Plus build, re-platform, and CRO opportunities. Run discovery calls that uncover goals, constraints, and growth potential. Build scopes, estimates, and proposals that show clear value. Present solutions with confidence and collaborate with the CEO during key pitches. Keep deals moving with proactive and consistent communication.
Shape strong solutions
Use your Shopify Plus, CRO, UX, and eCommerce knowledge to recommend the right approach for each brand. Identify conversion opportunities, recommend integrations or tools, and shape solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Work closely with delivery leaders to prepare accurate scopes and ensure smooth handoffs. Stay connected after the sale to uphold solution quality.
Build and activate partner relationships
Strengthen relationships across the Shopify Plus ecosystem with technology partners, integration partners, and co marketing collaborators. Identify partner tools that support client needs. Participate in co selling efforts and help expand the pipeline through partner activity.
Stay ahead of trends
Stay informed on trends in CRO, personalization, UX, automation, AI, and the growth of Agentic Commerce. Bring useful insights back to the team and support internal learning that enhances our services.
RequirementsWhat Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5 or more years in sales within an eCommerce agency, Shopify Plus partner, or technical pre sales environment
- Proven success selling build, CRO, replatform, or technical consulting services
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus architecture and platform capabilities
- Ability to scope complex work in a way that protects value, margin, and client expectations
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex topics into simple terms
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CMOs, CTOs, and revenue leaders
- Organized, collaborative, and confident working across sales, delivery, and leadership teams
- Curious, driven, and motivated by helping brands scale with clarity and structure
Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 USD
Bonus & Commission Eligibility: This role is eligible for performance-based bonus and commission incentives tied to sales and partnership success.
