Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Shopify Apps Engineer with expertise in Golang to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial contributor to the development and maintenance of innovative e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform. Your primary focus will involve creating robust Shopify apps using a combination of Golang, React, NestJS, Remix, Typescript, and CSS.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain high-quality Shopify apps using Golang as a core technology, while leveraging React, Remix, and Typescript for the front-end components.
  
• Design and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces, utilizing CSS and other styling methodologies.
  
• Utilize NestJS or similar technologies to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  
• Work closely with designers and product managers to ensure a user-centric design approach and exceptional user experiences.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in e-commerce, Shopify, Golang, and related technologies.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• Proven expertise in building Shopify apps with a strong emphasis on Golang and React.
  
• Proficiency in Golang programming, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy efficient and scalable applications.
  
• Strong understanding of React and its core concepts, alongside experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
  
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and modern front-end build tools.
  
• Solid grasp of Typescript and its application in building robust and type-safe applications.
  
• Experience using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks for building RESTful APIs and backend services.
  
• Proficiency in CSS and CSS preprocessors, enabling the creation of visually captivating and responsive user interfaces.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
  
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
  
• Enthusiasm for staying informed about the latest developments and trends in the tech industry.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous involvement in developing e-commerce solutions, particularly on the Shopify platform.
  
• Contributions to open-source projects or a well-established portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
  
• Understanding of SEO principles in the context of e-commerce.
