Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Experienced Shipside Operations Specialists - Production Support (Level 3) to join our Shipside Support Team in Renton, WA. This position is available for2nd shift.
This is an opportunity to join a high-skilled team, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Provides feedback on assessment results
  • Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues
  • Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues
  • Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
