Summary
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Functions

Reviews and organizes all shipping orders, including domestic and export

Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
-
Able to utilize shipping inventory and various office software programs
-
Assist with in-house shipping and all logistic related order issues
-
Maintain consistent communications between shipping and sales departments
-
Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
-
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Other duties as assigned by manager

Expected Hours of Work
This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of administrative experience preferred
Manufacturing environment experience a plus
