We’re looking for a SHEQ Skills and Competence Coordinator to help us streamline training, facilitate learning, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, all while engaging with our teams to promote continuous development.

What you’ll be doing:

🟢 Assist in implementing SHEQ strategies, including supporting facilitators and managing       data systems.

🟢 Coordinate SHEQ training sessions and track key performance metrics to ensure compliance.

🟢 Facilitate communication between the Skills and Competence team and key stakeholders.

🟢 Maintain training records and provide reporting on SHEQ programme metrics.

🟢 Help manage training events and presentations, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.

🟢 Provide expert support for SHEQ learning and development initiatives, including Safer Every Day Orientations and the Alliance Passport to Work.

🟢 Assist in coordinating health, safety, and wellbeing training sessions.

🟢 Provide administrative support for cross-functional teamwork, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the Alliance.

🟢 Coordinate training logistics and maintain up-to-date competency records for reporting and audits.

🟢 Produce detailed reports on training performance, helping to track progress against SHEQ targets.

The Anglian Water's @one Alliance is a partnership consisting of 8 companies, who each provide specialised knowledge allowing the @one Alliance to deliver complex delivery projects in the most efficient way, reducing the cost to Anglian Water’s customers. Employees in the @one Alliance are employed across all our partner companies and work together to deliver complex programmes of work. The @one Alliance is currently working on over 700 projects all designed to improve and expand the Anglian Water network to better serve existing customers and help ensure supply for future customers as well. As we move into AMP (Asset Management Period 8) in 2025, our work is set to increase from a £1.2 to an approximate £2.6 billion programme of works….so there has never been a better time to join us on our journey!
