ROLE SUMMARY: The Shelf Set Coordinator role involves analyzing retail and market data to provide shelf management solutions, develop and present brand assortments and planograms, and coordinate resources for projects. Additionally, it includes tracking results, managing reset schedules, and mentoring category space coordinators.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze Retail and Market Level Data
- Present A-B Shelf Management Capabilities and schematic recommendations to retailers
- Coordinate and align resources for shelf management projects
- Develop and present recommended brand assortment and shelf schematic/planograms
- Coordinate reset schedules and guidelines with wholesalers
- Track and Measure Results
- Act as a mentor for category space coordinators
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Experience in consumer package industry; sales preferred
- Familiarity with retail trade and space management activities
- High level of computer skills, field sales experience preferred
