The pay range per hour is $17.45 - $29.62

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means that you’ll be part of a team that enables the strategy of internal partners including Marketing, Target Enterprise Services, Store Operations/Communications, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning, prepress, design, color management, print production, finishing, kitting, fulfillment and distribution.
As a Shelf Label Strip Specialist, you’ll work in a team environment and participate in the merging, finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials on the hunkeler finishing lines. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Operating, scanning, merging, packaging, and other small finishing equipment.

Running and participating in assembly projects with peers and contractors.

Assisting Hunkeler Operators in producing quality finished products.

Setting up jobs and following instructions to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.

Maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintaining strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.

Troubleshooting and making simple repairs, as necessary.

Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

Helping in other work areas if needed to support business needs.

About you:

High school diploma or GED.

Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision.

Able to read, understand and follow job instructions.

Able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
