SHE manager provides guidance on safety, hygiene, and environment in TOM plant activities.
These are based on Japanese law, and Rockwool standard.

-Safety and hygiene meeting (once per month, mandatory Japanese labour low )

-Management of risk assessment and reducing risk level

-Hygiene survey of working environment (Work environment measurement once per year)
-Improvement of working conditions, hygiene of facilities, etc.
- Keep employees healthy
Conducting health check-ups for employees (under Japanese health law)
Enlightenment activities related to employee health.

- Exhaust gas management based on the Air Pollution Control Law
- Discharge water management
Discharge of process water prohibited.
