As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge SharePoint sites, repositories, and workflows. Working with your team of data scientists and alongside content strategists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to grants management programs.

You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience administering and developing SharePoint sites
• Experience translating business requirements into visually compelling designs, prototypes, and site features that improve workflows, business processes, and user experience
• Experience building data visualizations and performance dashboards that communicate insights clearly and effectively
• Experience hosting images and videos, and developing automated workflows to streamline internal processes across the SharePoint environment
• Ability to develop, edit, and refine concepts for a modern, user-friendly SharePoint site
• Ability to manage the design, organization, and presentation of SharePoint content, including guides, documents, FAQs, hyperlinks, and interactive or live webinar materials  
• Ability to lead SharePoint site development efforts, including project management and publishing, creating, editing, and updating performance management webpages
• Ability to design and test dashboards and new SharePoint pages, create graphics, tables, and appendices, and maintain document libraries, including archiving outdated content
• Public Trust
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2019
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Possession of excellent communication and documentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
