We are seeking an experienced and proactive SharePoint / Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and management of custom solutions built on Microsoft 365 technologies. The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise in SharePoint OnlinePowerAppsPower Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver and adaptable in creating well-architected solutions containing thoroughly tested code. They will have a strong background in architecting end-to-end business solutions, overseeing SharePoint migrations, and building AI-enhanced tools, such as Copilot , within the Microsoft ecosystem. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities—analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support—for custom SharePoint/Power Platform applications in Agile environments.
  • Architect, design, and develop business-critical applications using Microsoft PowerAppsPower Automate, and SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Integrate Power Platform apps with Microsoft 365 services and external systems using REST APIsMicrosoft Graph, and SPFx.
  • Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform applications, including end-user support and bug fixes.
  • Manage SharePoint Online migrations, ensuring preservation of customizations, data integrity, and user permissions.
  • Utilize tools like Sharegate for efficient SharePoint list, site, and data migrations.
  • Customize and optimize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and workflows according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  • Design, develop, and manage AI-powered Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio in Microsoft 365.
  • Govern and enforce best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications, customizations, configurations, and migration activities.
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint and Azure administration.
  • Monitor app performance and implement recommendations to improve functionality, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide accurate time and effort estimates for development and project tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have 5 years of relevant experience working in an Enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of  SPFxJavaScriptHTML,  CSSREST APIs, and  Microsoft Graph.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Proficient in tools such as Sharegate for SharePoint migration.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security practices for Power Platform and SPO.
  • Experience in designing and deploying AI-based Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile development environments.
  • Strong documentation and project management skills.

Preferred but not Required

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale SharePoint migrations and governance.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Power BI, or Dataverse is a plus
  • Experience in the Media domain
