Join the CoRe Business Solutions team within the Digital Customer Solutions Group, where you will help design, develop, and deliver customized SharePoint Online solutions for Deloitte Member Firms around the world. This role supports a wide range of business needs including communications, knowledge management, learning, and process automation through scalable solutions built on the Microsoft cloud platform. With a strong focus on SharePoint customization, you will work with technologies such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Kendo UI, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to create high-value solutions for internal stakeholders across Deloitte’s global network.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions aligned to business and organizational requirements.

·        Leverage tools such as SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and related technologies to optimize site functionality, usability, and overall user experience.

·        Deploy SharePoint solutions in a controlled and efficient manner, ensuring minimal impact on existing services and operations.

·        Conduct comprehensive testing to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

·        Identify and resolve issues within the SharePoint environment, including code defects, application bugs, and user access concerns.

·        Collaborate effectively with lead developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, address technical challenges, and support successful project delivery.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation covering architecture, configurations, customizations, and development standards to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

·        Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to enable effective end-user adoption and utilization of SharePoint solutions.

·        Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards within the SharePoint environment.

·        Stay current with evolving SharePoint capabilities, development practices, and related technologies, while actively pursuing continuous learning and professional development.

Skill Requirements:

Technical

·        Hands-on experience with the SharePoint Online Modern platform and SPFx.

·        Proficiency in developing simple applications using SPFx and related web technologies, including HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS3.

·        Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD for editing and optimizing high-resolution images.

·        Ability to create and manage customized web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, navigation, search configurations, and permissions within SharePoint Online.

·        Experience customizing solutions using SharePoint Designer.

·        Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for low-code solution development and process automation.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration, planning, and execution.

·        Understanding unit testing, packaging, and deployment processes across development and production environments.

·        Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including creating, managing, and tracking user stories.
