Andworx is hiring a SharePoint Content Management Specialist to play an important role in the development of collaborative mission and organizational content management solutions for our Federal Government customer. As a SharePoint Content Management Specialist, you will be working alongside content creators to provide support for content management, user administration, migration, documentation, and collaboration services maintenance. You will work closely with end users, stakeholders, and development services personnel to identify business requirements, implement SharePoint solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to meet customer requirements and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team where you will have high visibility constructing SharePoint solutions that make an impact within an organization with a critical national security mission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft collaboration tools and content management platforms, including experience with SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge of current SharePoint/O365 services and standards including SharePoint Designer, web parts, workflows, and customizations. 
  • Ability to develop solutions using SharePoint Online capabilities such as lists, document/form libraries, calendars, workflows, and other web parts to implement solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Perform SharePoint administration, including permissions management, access management, and site and content management.
  • Create, leverage, and manage various types of content across the organization's hub and maintain the SharePoint environment to ensure business relevance and policy compliance.
  • Analyze and determine detailed business requirements, goals, risks, and gaps and work with development services personnel to formulate and define the technical scope and objectives of projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with both technical and non-technical people. 
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience creating Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. 
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Prior experience supporting federal government customers.

Responsibilities

As SharePoint Content Management Specialist, you will leverage a blend of technical skills, business analysis, organization, and communication, to perform the following:

  • Develop and support custom SharePoint and M365 solutions for our customer.
  • Support user requests for SharePoint services that include new team sites, pages, lists, document libraries, workflows, etc.
  • Create SharePoint technical guides, user guides, diagrams, and flow charts for developed solutions.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of users.
  • Assist and support SharePoint developers and system administrators throughout project lifecycles.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
