- Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services
- Maintenance of SharePoint servers
- Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development)
- Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
- Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms
- Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
- Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view
- Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project
- Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers
- Maintenance of system documentation
- Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
- Reporting on activities
- Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the ShareGate Migration Tool
- Experience deploying .sppkg files to the App Catalog
- Strong understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 authentication flows
- Competence in managing SSL certificates and metadata exchange between the Service Provider and the Identity Provider
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
- Hands-on experience in working with Active directory tiering model
- Experience in working in Restricted environments
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent
- Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or equivalent
- Active EU security clearance required from 1st day of collaboration (any level)
