Responsibilities
- Support Firmware System Integration Testing and release validation.
- Execute manual and automated tests; reproduce and debug customer-reported issues.
- Develop and maintain Python/C/C++ test frameworks, scripts, and test cases.
- Analyze test results to triage firmware defects and assign ownership.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and system teams to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
- Track test metrics, document results, and drive continuous test process improvements.
Requirements
- B.S. in EE/CE/CS and 3+ years in software/firmware testing (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C, and C++.
- Experience with production-grade firmware validation, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and test automation.
- Bonus: FreeRTOS, low-power IoT testing, AI accelerator or hardware validation experience.
Salary Range: S$120,000 - S$160,000 / year
