What You’ll Accomplish
  • Respond to company-generated leads and conduct in-home plumbing consultations. 
  • Build trust with homeowners through education, communication, and solution-based selling. 
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions. 
  • Create accurate estimates and present service and product options. 
  • Explain available financing options and assist customers through the financing process when applicable. 
  • Confirm payment details and ensure all required documentation is complete. 
  • Coordinate with Install Coordinators, Technicians, and Dispatch to ensure a smooth job flow. 
  • Visit job sites as needed to confirm installation feasibility and scope of work. 
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales records using CRM and ServiceTitan. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics. 
  • Attend ongoing product and sales training to continually improve performance. 
  • Ensure sales comply with applicable plumbing codes and permitting requirements. 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through job completion. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Residential sales experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home services. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. 
  • Ability to assess customer needs and confidently present solutions. 
  • Familiarity with estimates, financing options, and CRM or estimating software. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused. 
  • Valid driver’s license. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Skills Required
