We are looking for a Services Senior Specialist - Training who is passionate about technical learning, competency development, and knowledge transfer. This role supports employee and customer capability growth through the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs focused on subsea production control systems.
 
Partnering with the BestAs a Services Senior Specialist - Training, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of technical training programs related to subsea production control systems. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Service Delivery, Operations, and Competency Management teams to ensure training content reflects current technologies, operational requirements, and industry best practices.You will play a key role in developing technical competency across the organization by delivering engaging learning experiences, supporting qualification programs, and ensuring employees and customers have the knowledge and skills required to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot subsea control systems safely and effectively.
 
As a Services Senior Specialist - Training, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering classroom, virtual, workshop, and field-based training programs for employees and customers on subsea production control systems.
  • Facilitating technical training on hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, electronic, and communication-based subsea control technologies, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Conducting practical, simulator-based, and hands-on learning activities while assessing learner competency through written and practical evaluations.
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing instructor-led, eLearning, blended learning, and digital training content.
  • Providing technical coaching, mentoring, and competency development support for field personnel and new hires.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, HSE, Reliability, and Product Line teams to ensure training aligns with business and operational requirements.
  • Supporting customer training initiatives, operational readiness programs, product introductions, and serving as a subsea control systems subject matter expert.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement, standardization, and innovation across global training programs.
     
Fuel Your PassionTo be successful in this role, you will:
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Have 5-10 years of subsea industry experience with significant exposure to subsea control systems and field operations.
  • Demonstrate experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and intervention activities.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of subsea production systems, control architectures, SEMs/SCMs, MCS, communication networks, and hydraulic systems.
  • Have a solid understanding of fault diagnostics, control fluids, cleanliness standards, and offshore operational practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Show a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing technical capability across diverse audiences.
  • Be a collaborative, organized, and results-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Working Conditions
