Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable architectures. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the development of technical standards, procedures, and guidelines. Develop and maintain technical documentation, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested, validated, and deployed. Basic Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Other Qualifications: • Certification in SERVICENOW IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) 3 - Expert, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe • Strong understanding of IT service management principles, and experience with ITSM tools and platforms • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to adapt to changing requirements and technologies • Strong customer focus, with ability to understand and address customer needs, and to develop solutions that meet their requirements • Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a focus on delivering technical solutions to customers, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
