Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience in seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

What we expect:
- You have at least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- You possess strong communication and technical skills, and you can lead workshops and gather customer requirements effectively
- You excel in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, providing guidance and advice to both customers and team members
- Module specific competence. Ideally, expertise with the HR and/or IRM modules (as well as relevant certifications)
- You mentor the team by consistently supporting your colleagues, demonstrating best practices, and guiding them on how to innovate within ServiceNow
- You are passionate about technology and the solutions it can bring to organizations. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.

Skills Required
- At least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
