Job location: hybrid from Wrocław, Warszawa, Kraków or Gdańsk

As a Technical Consultant you are going to develop solutions based on ServiceNow platform for a DXC Technology customers.
Because of a partnership between DXC and ServiceNow you will have limitless opportunities to obtain professional trainings and certifications. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.
Job responsibilities of this role will include:
configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
cooperation with Architects and Solution Consultants to prepare technical design
administration of ServiceNow instances
preparation of projects documentation
participation in trainings and achieving new certifications
sharing experience with other team members
We require:
Experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years)
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HR
Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills
Fast learning skills
We appreciate:
Working experience in Agile project environments
ServiceNow certifications
Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
