As a Product Associate in the Global Employee Help Product organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and supports the end-to-end product life cycle. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented contributor to help design and deliver digital-led employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (including Technology and Servicing) to help deliver critical employee experiences, You will assist with translating product strategy into clear requirements and day-to-day execution—supporting discovery activities, documenting user needs, coordinating dependencies, and contributing to high-quality delivery. - Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow platform and utilize architects to optimize Employee Help solutions, staying knowledgeable on new features and best practices
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Foundational understanding of the product development life cycle (discovery, requirements, delivery, and release) and comfort working with data/metrics to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to support product activities such as research/discovery, documenting requirements, coordinating delivery tasks, and tracking outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to build effective working relationships with product, technology, and servicing partners
- Strong attention-to-detail with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or HR service delivery concepts (e.g., Life Cycle Events, Enterprise Onboarding, Employee Journey Management) is a plus
