At DXC Spain we are looking for a ServiceNow Presales & Solutioning Consultant to join our great team of ServiceNow.

A ServiceNow Presales & Solutioning Consultant to support sales efforts by providing deep technical expertise, solution design, and strategic guidance for ServiceNow implementations. This role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring clients understand how ServiceNow can transform their business processes.

Requirements: 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and administration.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD, or others.

Presales & Consulting Experience:

  • Proven track record in presales, solutioning, or technical consulting roles.
  • Experience in conducting demos, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.

 

Soft Skills:

  • VERY Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical teams, and clients.
  • High level of Spanish and English.

Nice to have skills:

  • ITIL, or other relevant certifications.

Tasks: 

Presales Support:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide tailored ServiceNow demonstrations and presentations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses by crafting detailed technical proposals and solution blueprints.

Solutioning & Architecture:

  • Design high-level ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices.
  •  Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, demonstrating how ServiceNow can drive business value.
  • Work with ServiceNow partners, vendors, and internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, proof-of-concepts, and prototype development to showcase capabilities.

Industry & Technology Expertise:

  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
  • Leverage knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow domains to guide clients on best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on ServiceNow capabilities and solutioning approaches.
