At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional ServiceNow Platform Lead to join our UniQue Warsaw team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Ensure the security, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Architects and Developers
- Oversee development activities, including enhancements and defect resolution
- Manage the platform across its full lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, optimization)
- Deliver demos and training sessions for end users and support teams
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand expectations and platform usage needs
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions aligned with architecture standards
- Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities
- Coordinate development and improvement initiatives with Architects and Developers
- Provide input on business requirements and technical designs
- Contribute to solution architecture and development activities
- Support cross-functional teams in areas such as risk, security, and disaster recovery
- Maintain up-to-date documentation (technical specs, SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles)
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or projects
Certifications (at least one required):
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and related modules)
- Solid background in requirements analysis and project delivery
- Good knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles
- Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation
- Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services, REST, SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
- Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies
- Experience in solution design is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English: minimum B2 (CEFR)
