ServiceNow Lead QA

We are seeking a QA Lead with strong expertise in ServiceNow Testing to drive our quality assurance strategy, planning, and coordination efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead QA activities across projects, ensure testing excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Key Responsibilities

• QA Strategy & Planning
  • Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project goals.
  • Establish quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead and mentor QA testers, ensuring effective task allocation and skill development.
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related discussions and escalations.
• ServiceNow Testing
  • Design and execute test scenarios for ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other ServiceNow testing tools.
  • Ensure integration and regression testing coverage for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to align QA efforts with delivery timelines.
  • Provide clear communication on testing progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
• Strong background in ServiceNow Testing, including ATF and automation tools.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to define QA strategy and drive execution in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NowAssist or similar AI-driven testing accelerators.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
