Job Description
MUST Be US Citizen for FedGov Clearance!
We are the Employer! SERVICE NOW ARCHITECT - Remote / East Coast Hours
- Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- Lead implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
- Engage with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
- Create roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation
- Understand and design integrations and interfaces with other systems • Understand and design data models
- Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
- Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers – 30%
- Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions – 30%
- Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership – 20%
- Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities – 20%
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5-8 years minimum with above tasks/duties including ServiceNow products, HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc., Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer FedGov requirements, and workflows in a FedGov enterprise sofware/system envoirnment.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA Business or Related Fields (Masters Preferred).
- REQUIRED ACTIVE CERTIFICATION(s): ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: MUST Be US Citizen to qualify for clearance.
