Job Description:

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will support and enhance enterprise ServiceNow environments operating within secure, hybrid cloud infrastructures. You will be responsible for administering, configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow capabilities while implementing workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Working closely with engineers, system administrators, and mission stakeholders, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that support critical national security missions.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented engineers, contribute to modern enterprise platforms, and expand your expertise across automation, cloud technologies, and ServiceNow development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
  • Design and develop custom workflows, forms, and service requests to support business and technical requirements.
  • Build dashboards, views, and reports to improve visibility and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and implement integrations and process automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
  • Monitor platform health, usage, performance, and compliance.
  • Evaluate current ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop scripts and automation solutions to streamline routine administrative tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Ten (10) years of Systems Administration experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) additional years of Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Active at IAT Level II certification or higher, compliant with DoD 8570.01-M (CompTia Security+, CCNA, etc.) is required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Experience developing solutions using JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience administering and upgrading self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Java development experience.
  • Experience analyzing processes and implementing workflow efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, including AWS.
