About the role
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable platform solutions across our enterprise environment. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and ITSM process owners to translate requirements into high-quality platform features — and play a key role in shaping our long-term ServiceNow roadmap.
What you'll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules
- Build and maintain Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub and MID Server
- Configure and extend the CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal to meet evolving business requirements
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and handoffs to support knowledge sharing across the team
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform hygiene across upgrades and patches
- Contribute to governance practices including update set management, instance strategy, and technical documentation
Required experience
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST API skills
- Experience with ITSM, and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Solid grasp of platform architecture and data modelling
- ServiceNow CSA certification (or higher)
Nice to have
- CIS certification in a relevant product line
- Experience with Now Intelligence, AI/ML features, or Virtual Agent
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments
- Exposure to ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Background in ITIL v4 processes
