Intact Technology is seeking exceptional technologists to develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers. US Citizenship Required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance.
- User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
- Implement reports and dashboards.
- Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.
- Conduct peer reviews of other developer’s user stories.
- Provide technical documentation as required.
- Ensure all ServiceNow certifications are kept current with new releases.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience with implementing major ServiceNow modules/applications.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Customer-focused with excellent time management, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.
- Complete 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within 6 months of hire
