Insight Xcite is growing our ServiceNow practice and looking for developers who want to make an impact. You'll support fully funded projects onsite with a government client in Northern Virginia — building secure, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions that directly support mission success.
Contingent Upon Award: This position is contingent upon contract award and/or funding approval. Candidates selected may be contacted for pre-screening and qualification prior to award.Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and APIs.
- Configure tables, forms, and user interfaces based on mission requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Participate in agile sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous integration workflows.
- Provide documentation and hands-on support across the full SDLC.
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) — non-negotiable. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.
- 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification (required).
- Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
- Familiarity with relational databases and secure system design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 4, Associate’s with 8).
