What you’ll be doing:
Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine business requirements
- Conduct workflow analysis to enhance existing systems and processes
- Produce and maintain detailed, clear User Stories and process documentation
Meeting Management
- Prepare and document meeting agendas, track action items, and manage issues that arise
Data Gathering and Content Management
- Collect essential data through questionnaires and maintain updated, relevant content under the guidance of the product owner
Requirements Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of project requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and evolves with the project
Business Architecture Alignment
- Align business processes with the overall architecture to ensure system efficiency and integration
Quality Assurance
- Develop and refine testing scenarios and review test results with users to ensure products meet expected outcomes
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Professional Experience:
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 1 year of hands-on involvement
- 1+ year(s) in a professional services or consulting environment
- Ability to write clear, concise user stories and create complex workflow diagrams
- Proven experience in capturing and documenting technical requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfort in client-facing roles, with the ability to navigate client conversations confidently
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Education and Certifications:
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundations certification preferred

Note: Base salary range is $70,000 to $95,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
