About the department
APAC IT Operations supports End user support services for 20+ countries across APAC. The department is responsible for providing onsite IT support for end user devices, Network infrastructure, etc.
The position
As a Service Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage and oversee IT support provided by the Global Service Desk and local onsite teams for affiliates within the APAC region.
  • Communicate and manage major incidents impacting affiliates across the APAC region, ensuring service improvements.
  • Engage proactively with Local IT teams and stakeholders across the APAC organisation to understand needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Technical SMEs to ensure best practices in the management of services.
  • Oversee ITIL processes across the APAC region, ensuring coordination, follow-up, communication, and resolution.
  • Execute and roll out GITO strategy and IT projects in APAC, ensuring timely communication and involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide AV support, AV-Live, vendor, and asset management.


Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Masters in relevant field with total of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulatory industry would be preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Operations/ Support (end-user support).
  • 3+ years of experience in AV Support, IT Project Management (Experience with meeting room hardware, features, and support), IT Asset management, vendor management.
  • 3+ years of experience working with key stakeholders and decision-makers outside India in an international environment.
  • A certification in ITIL foundation and SAFe Agile will be added advantage.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus-building skills.
